a. On -home page- drag down top ribbon

b. Based on what you are doing, click:

- Working ( )

- Sleeping ( )

- Socializing ( )

This will calculate your time for future reference.

c. To monitor time, click PROFILE ( )

d. Under 8*3 MONITOR tab

e. Click the different filters to view progress:

- Day

- Week

- Month

- Year
